Working with this Law Firm has been one of the worst decisions I ever made in my life!!

12/22/2023: I spoke to my case manager Trisha as well as her assistant Prisila Monday 12/18 they informed me that they sent the first referral 12/12 and told me that Golden Bear Physical Therapy will be reaching out to me within 72hrs... I have not heard from Golden Bear. Tricia or her assistant supp...osedly sent out another referral 12/18 and informed me that it will be another 72hrs I have to wait for them to Schedule an appointment... Here it is 12/22 and still haven't heard anything from Tricia, Pricila or Goldenn Bear. KASH LEGAL IS A JOKE!!! HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND!!! Today is 12/18/2023 I was scheduled an telemedicine appointment for pain management from 1pm-2pm, I waited until 1:30 and did not hear from the Dr. Office, I reached out to the Dr. Office and asked about my appointment that was scheduled today at 1pm, the nice lady over the phone told me that my appointment was canceled per case manager request Now why wasn't I informed that my appointment was canceled? And why would you guys cancel my appointment? Once again I reach out to Tricia my case manager she texts me to say "her assistant Priscilla tried reaching out to me on Friday December 15th". The only call I received on Friday December 15th was from a guy confirming my appointment that was for Monday December 18th which is today... normally if somebody would've reached out to me they would've left a message as well as sending me a text.... AGAIN I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM TO ANYBODY, I DON'T KNOW IF ITS BECAUSE IM A PERSON OF COLOR OR WHAT but I'm sure California Bar Association would love to hear my complaint. 12/08/2023: I was in a car accident Aug. 2021, I reached out to Kash Legal Firm thinking they were going to help me with my case...It is now Dec. 2023 and nothing has been resolved on my behalf and I'm still in pain. I have to consistently reach out to my case manager Tricia and her assistant just to get a update on my case (still can't get a accurate update) or when they do finally decide to reach out after WEEKS of trying to get in contact with them my case manager still can't even get the correct information right, I have to update her and give her the correct information...As far as Doctors appointments, they've sent me to a doctor which I stay 2hours away from any time I went to my doctor appointments I'm only seen for 5/10mins (waste of time), not only that I had to wait 2 months just for Kash Legal to request my "priors" (MRI images ) and send them to the Chiropractor... NEWS FLASH it is 2023 everything is done electronically now a days why did it take 2 months to request and release images?.. it's been times when they've call or text me about appointment reminders and don't even have the correct appointment location or correct time. I have to constantly stay on top of Kash Legal about my case because for some reason they want to neglect and prolong my case, I'm very overwhelmed and TIRED of going back and forth with this law firm and I did not want to start the New Year off stressing or worrying about my case and if they're doing their job. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ARE LIARS AND VERY BAD COMMUNICATION, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THIER RATINGS AND YOUR MONEY!!! Not to mention this is my 3rd time leaving a 1 star review because this seems like the only way I can get a FAST response from them &&. Each time they call me asking me to take the review down... what does that tell you?
