You are better off negotiati...ng with the opposite insurance company yourself. He said you will get your check for your car exactly 3 weeks from the date of the accident. He also said the average compensation check for pain and suffering is about $9000. He also said as long as I went to all my sessions with the dr and turned in all the info they need I would be done in 3 months. It's been almost 6 months and still nothing. I have no idea what us going on with my case either. This Law Office is a sad joke. Save yourself the time and hassle and go with someone with more credibility.
