It's not illegal to date, but any sexual activity could lead to criminal charges. Her parents pretty much make her dating rules at this point.

AB109 does not apply of help you. How much time will depends of your original conviction. You need to privately consult with an attorney for advice.

Can't say for sure, but there is certainly a good chance of revocation. He should consult with a criminal lawyer right away to review.

No. What matters is your age at the time of the offense, not your current age. You were a minor and can't give consent, neither can your parents.
