I was a law clerk for a federal trial judge for one year and practiced intellectual property and business litigation for private law firms for nine years. In January 2007, I joined the Office of the California Attorney General and served as a Deputy Attorney General. In February 2021, I became Deputy General Counsel -- Litigation for AIDS Healthcare Foundation.
