Adam Martin Zolonz

I wasn't sure if my car meets the requirements to be called a lemon car and just casually e-mailed the office of Adam Zolonz for free case review. Adam personally called me to hear what the issues have been with the car and requested to see the repair orders. Within 1 day I signed the retainer agree...ment, which specifically mentioned that I am to pay nothing and that all compensation is contingent on successfully making a claim under the lemon law. The compensation to the attorney was to be made by the manufacturer. Adam's office kept me in the loop of things and within couple of weeks I received an offer with details on the buy back amount. Three weeks after the vehicle surrender was scheduled. I went to the dealer, a representative waited for me there, handed me a check, asked me to sign a couple of papers and I was done. After about 2 days the remaining loan amount was paid off to Chase. It was a painless experience from start to finish. Adam truly has the experience and his office is super efficient - no paperwork was getting lost, updates were periodically provided, replies to my e-mail were timely executed. I never thought it would be that easy.

Adam is the most passionate attorney I have ever worked with. When he took my case he was positive that we were going to get what I deserved and ensured me through out the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and knows the law very well. He will fight for you like you are his family member and get... you every penny you are entitled too. He took care of me when other attorneys said "sorry your case is too complex" and scored a home run on my settlement. I cant say enough great things about Adam and the level of professionalism he has shown me. I would without a doubt recommend Adam to all my loved ones and friends for any Lemon Law accusations.

Adam set me at ease and was also inexpensive for Los Angeles. He takes your call personally and gets right to work. He defended me in a civil harassment suit and we moped the floor with those liars. He is calm and cool and knows the law. He is also courteous and thoughtful. He didn't bring out ...all of our arguments, which would have been very embarrassing to the claimant, but he was ready to if needed. He let me be the boss after telling me what he thought. He kept me in the loop. I was in the right and correct and had the evidence to prove it - but having a lawyer shows the judge that you are serious. Could I have defended myself? Sure - and been worried the whole time and certainly I would have went right to ugly and classless. Adam was classy and the judge appreciated it. I will ask Adam to be my lawyer for every need that I have. He goes to trial and wins.

I used Adam for two separate legal matters and he is an absolute animal. He is very aggressive in his defense strategies and was able to get both cases thrown out pre-filing. He is not the "hold-your-hand" bring you along for the fees type of attorney .He is the "tell-it-how-it-is" stragin to the ...pint and more importantly the result, kind. Easily one of the sharpest most talented attorneys I have met and I would and have recommended him to anyone in need of a pitbull.

I found myself in a position that I had never been in before with an arrest and felony charge. I had no idea how to find a lawyer and no clue as to how the system REALLY works. I met with a handful of lawyers who all told me I would most likely be charged with a felony and if I was really lucky;... no jail time, a fine and tons of community service.
