Currently a senior associate at trial and transactional entertainment law firm, focusing on contract negotiation and litigation, with an emphasis on intellectual property, film/television/music law, and general business matters. Has trained new associates in all aspects of the firm’s practice, managed heavy case loads in a variety of courts and tribunals, and successfully prosecuted and defended multi-million dollar lawsuits involving high-profile matters.

Experienced in all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, court appearances, depositions, mediations, pre-trial proceedings, legal research and writing, settlements, and assignments.  Wide range of representation of English and Spanish-speaking clients, including plaintiffs and defendants in California state and federal courts, in both trial and appellate proceedings, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. 

Proficiency with drafting and negotiating a wide range of entertainment and production deals, including actor, producer, editor, location, rental, and release agreements for feature films, as well as providing general entertainment counsel on issues such as script clearance, insurance matters, participations and accountings, and potential litigation concerns on various film/television/music projects.

Skilled in all major computer programs including Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Quick learner and self-starter with new technologies, applications, and software.
