Svitlana E. Sangary

Unfortunately I didn't see all the poor reviews on Svitlana until after I did business with her. Yelp has several negative reviews as well. My experience, she asked for meetings that were so irrelevant I couldn't figure out why she wanted to meet and then it hit me that she just wanted to charge me.... She then must have gone on a long vacation because she never responded to any emails or calls. She did such a terrible job in court that it was embarrassing. Then came the real treat, I was charged almost $10,000 (ten thousand) when we discussed $900 (nine hundred). She told me that if I didn't sign an agreement on the spot to pay the amount, that she would take me to court and I would be charged 10% interest. Piece of advice...do NOT do business with Svitlana Sangary!

I hired Ms. Sangary to defend a civil lawsuit. She took my retainer then took weeks to respond to my questions. She estimated $5,000 for the lawsuit then submitted a bill for $25,000! She says she is a civil case specialist, but then charged me a huge amount of time for "legal research". Ms. Sang...ary is nothing but an unethical, dishonest crook. If you are considering hiring her, please search for reviews first. You will find a huge number of people who hired her and simply got screwed. BE CAREFUL!

I wish there were below the POOR rating because this is what this "attorney" deserves. Any person thinking about hiring her, RUN and RUN FAST! She is low level attorney. She told me she has "much experience" but couldn't file the correct paperwork in my case. My case got dismissed and then I got a h...uge bill for all her RESEARCH, when she should know simple law. What a poor excuse of an attorney. Now, she is threatening to take me to court if I don't pay her bill immediately. I think the State Bar should get wind of her antics. She must forgot the oath she took.

Top-notch legal skills, very smart and knowledgeable, and works extremely hard. Attorney Sangary got a fantastic result for me in court, and I am tremendously gracious for all her help and expertise. I also appreciate that she is reliable, responsive, and trustworthy. Absolutely brilliant!!! I hi...ghly recommend her to everyone who needs legal help
