Shiva Shirazi Davoudian

Ms. Davoudian has eight years of experience representing employers in all areas of employment and labor law. She has defended employers in California State and Federal courts against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and violations of wage and hour laws. Ms. Davoudian is also experienced in representing employers in unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of employment agreement disputes. She has also represented clients in traditional labor law matters before the National Labor Relations Board and has arbitrated disputes pursuant to grievance and arbitration provisions of collective bargaining agreements.
