I hired Mr. Steinberg for an educational related case. He told me that he had handelled hundreds of similar case and knew what he was doing. I did all the homework for him and he was suppose to write a letter to my school about an issue I had with them treating me unfairly. Mr. Steinberg was very car...eless in handeling my case. The letter he wrote was very poorly written and full of mistakes (grammer, spelling, wrong words & setences) that I had to correct the mistakes myself. (he even spelled my name wrong!!!). it seemed as if he had intentionally done it to ruin my case. I was very disappointed and unhappy with his service.

He filed a wrong petition without any supporting evidence. He did not represented me by not submitting any evidence that I had myself had it together for the court to review or the mediator. He would never informed me of any kind of communication that he had with the school before hand. I always rec...eived it after it was done. Very poor and suspicious was of communication. I was referred to him by Calbar.ca.gov. He was basically charging me to favor the school that I was filing against. He told me from the beginning that he was holding a good relationship with the school chancellor. This case seemed to him to be very simple to go after due to his expertise and background. He never reviewed any of my documentation of my case. Each time he asked me repeatedly to send him information and he would charge me for all those repeating emails and phone calls. Very frustrating to work with him.
