IF YOU ARE A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL YOU NEED A LAWYER WITH MEDICAL KNOWLEDGE IN ACTIVE PRACTICE

I HAVE PRACTICED SURGERY FOR 35 YEARS AND I HAVE TRIED MANY LAWYERS. MAURICE MEHRBAN, MD, ESQUIRE IS THE ONLY LAWYER I WILL HIRE WHEN I HAVE LEGAL PROBLEMS IN THE FIELD OF SURGERY. I had multiple legal issues with the hospital administration and I was scared and threatened. I was miserable and they i...mposed sanctions on me with prejudice. I tried many lawyers, however, they did not understand ANYTHING about the field of Surgery. They wanted to hire other doctors to guide them and it cost me lots of money, TO NO AVAIL. MAURICE MEHRBAN is a double board certified internist and cardiologist. he has practiced medicine for more than 40 years and he has been on the staff of many hospitals. HE KNOWS “EVERYTHING” ABBOUT MEDICINE AND SURGERY. HE SPOKE MY LANGUAGE, UNDERSTOOD ME AND HANDLED MY ISSUE FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. I told myself, it is clear fact- A DOCTOR NEED A LAWYER WHO HAS PRACTICED MEDICINE. Mehrban and his team are brilliant, educated, trained, and experience in trials. I highly recommend him to all medical professionals.

I was harassed by UR Committees of the University Hospital i worked for many years. I was also approached by medical board.

Wonderfully Professional with lots of experience in medical and hospital issues. My problems were mind-boggling and I was about to lose my job and license. This office resolved all issues brilliantly.

I had best representation against both Hospital and Medical Board

Hospital charged some allegations against me and terminated my privileges. Allegations were false and very complicated. I lost my privileges automatically from other hospitals. Hospital reported me to medical board and board filed immediate restraining order against me. I and my family felt hurt and ...abused with terrible state of mind. I talked to few attorneys in my state and they had hard time understanding issues and they chaged me a lot of money to hire few doctors to look in to my case. I contacted Maurice MEHRBAN through a friend. Thank goodness for help. My problem is almost resolved although it took over 2 yeas to fight with hospital and the board and I am starting to practice again. I just wanted to say thanks for all the help.

I think these lawyers are the best for MEDICAL LAW PROBLEMS

One of the leaders in the field of Medical Law. I was able to sue the insurance company through them to pay for my services and all legal fees. A+++

A GREAT LAWYERS FOR US DOCTORS, VERY EXPERIENCED

Great for representation of Doctors. I had a big problem with medical board of California, hospital reported me for small complaint and I was losing my license. Dr. Mehrban who is a lawyer and a doctor represented me in front of the board and I won the case. great lawyer and the best in the market fo...r us doctors
