I love intellectual property law. Aside from it being intellectually stimulating and dynamic, it pertains to vital matters in people's lives such as their businesses and creative endeavors. The value of intellectual property to a business can be substantial, and seeking to add intellectual property to a business is a worthwhile endeavor.

In addition to being admitted to the State Bars of California and Texas, I am also licensed to practice in all of the federal courts in California, and a number of other federal district courts around the country.

I am also licensed to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, where all appeals in patent matters are heard, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which covers federal case appeals for the West Coast.

I am also licensed to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office so that I can prepare and file patent applications for clients.

I am a tireless worker to advance my clients' rights, and will pursue them aggressively whether in litigation or IP procurement.  I pride myself on efficiency, which combined with substantial experience in all forms of intellectual property litigation and prosecution, hopefully results in a quality result for my clients at as reasonable a cost as possible for the goals sought to be achieved.
