Biography
Jin Lew is a partner with the law firm of Lew-Stevens, LLP which represents consumers and patients in the area of complex catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice law. He received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School and his Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of California Los Angeles. For nearly twenty years, Jin has been recognized by his peers as a Super Lawyer in the area of California medical malpractice. Jin has been included in the list of National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 and was a finalist for the Consumer Attorneys of California Lawyer of the Year for 2014. In 2021, Jin was recognized as LAW YEAR OF THE YEAR by the national publication Best Lawyers in the specialty of Plaintiff Medical Malpractice for the city of Los Angeles. He has been invited to speak on the evolution of personal injury and medical malpractice law by the UCLA School of Law, Loyola Law School and Southwestern Law School. Jin previously served as President of the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California and has been serving for nearly a decade as the Chairperson for KABA's Judicial Endorsment Committee. In his spare time, Jin is a black belt instructor in the martial art of judo.
