Jesse Bernard Levin

Jesse B. Levin is an Associate in the Glaser Weil LLP's Litigation Department. His practice involves all aspects of complex litigation of business and commercial disputes, including breaches of contract and fiduciary duties; intellectual property infringement and trade secret violations; employment and wage & hour violations; class actions; insurance coverage and bad faith claims; defending and advising corporate officers & directors, brokers, attorneys and accountants in matters of professional liability; and diverse casualty claims.

Mr. Levin is regularly appointed lead associate on cases before federal, state, trial and appellate courts that involve multiple individuals and corporate entities. He is an aggressive advocate with responsibility for day-to-day litigation management, discovery, taking and defending depositions, dispositive motion practice and client relations. He has second-chaired a week-long arbitration as well as a three-week trial in Superior Court to verdict.
