Jennifer Renee Bagosy

Jennifer R. Bagosy brings more than 15 years of litigation experience to BD&J, PC. She handles catastrophic injuries of all varieties, including traumatic brain injury, paralysis, wrongful death, and others. Jennifer enjoys taking the battle against wrongdoers and routinely engages in complex litigation against major corporations and their insurance companies.

Jennifer’s commitment to servicing the injured and the wronged is exemplified in her results and achievements. Having amassed millions in recoveries on behalf of her clients, Jennifer’s passion is holding irresponsible, negligent, and reckless defendants responsible for their actions when they hurt others. She is a diligent advocate of the law and has taught numerous courses to other attorneys. Additionally, she has written and published several articles regarding legal ethics issues.

Jennifer graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois, and went on to earn her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. She was the former Secretary of the Orange County Bar Association’s Professionalism & Ethics Committee and is currently a member of OCBA as well as the prestigious Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA).
