Ian Scott Fels

Ian Scott Fels is a decorated and highly successful litigation attorney with BD&J. Though he is experienced in business law and criminal law, Mr. Fels now assists clients in personal injury matters related to car and truck accidents, commercial injuries, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and more.

Originally a resident of Florida, Mr. Fels began his career working in a premier mid-size law firm in Miami, working primarily in business law. Through his success at his first firm, he was able to transition to government work as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida. With his impeccable work ethic and eye for detail, Mr. Fels later transitioned to Assistant District Attorney in San Diego. While in this role, he saw immense success including trying 30 jury trials to verdict and 10 bench trials. He was also named Deputy District Attorney for the Human Trafficking Task Force.

Mr. Fels’ passion for justice and dedication to helping those most in need has earned him the trust of countless clients throughout his career.
