Harrison E. James

At the Los Angeles office of Wisner Baum, attorney Harrison E. James focuses his practice on pharmaceutical drug liability, class action, and consumer fraud litigation.

Harrison joined Wisner Baum as a law clerk when he was still a student at UCLA School of Law. Only a year later, he earned his Juris Doctor degree, with a specialization in law and philosophy. Then, in 2021, he passed the California Bar Exam and took on an attorney position at the national trial law firm.

During his law school years, he was a member of two moot court competition teams: the UCLA cybersecurity moot court team, which came in second in the Qatar International Cybersecurity Contest, and the UCLA Clara Barton International Humanitarian Law Competition Team, which was awarded for best brief. He was also the chief managing editor of the Pacific Basin Law Journal.

As for his time in undergrad, Harrison graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a double major in English and philosophy. He also had the honor of being a Presidential Scholar and a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Since becoming an attorney, he has been listed in The Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers™.

Harrison is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California and National Lawyers Guild of Los Angeles. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) as well as AAJ’s Leaders Forum and Section on Toxic, Environmental, and Pharmaceutical Torts (STEP). He is admitted to practice law in the state of California and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
