Habib Lavasani

Habib Lavasani is an attorney at BD&J specializing in personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents (car, motorcycle, trucking, and rideshare collisions), premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, and more.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lavasani spent many years working in civil litigation as a law clerk for trial attorneys. During that time, he gained hands on experience assisting with cases from start to finish, developing a comprehensive understanding of the claims process, litigation strategy, and case preparation. This foundation allows him to approach every case with attention to detail and strategic focus on maximizing recovery for his clients. He has contributed to cases that have resulted in millions of dollars recovered for injured individuals throughout California.

Mr. Lavasani is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School. While in law school, he served as the Treasurer and later President of the Persian Law Student Association.
