Elizabeth Anne Hernandez

Elizabeth Hernandez is an experienced litigation attorney working on some of BD&J’s most complex and life-altering cases. For years, Ms. Hernandez has served clients across Southern California as they navigate the complicated world of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death.

Ms. Hernandez demonstrates exceptional advocacy each day, handling each client with compassion, understanding, and resourcefulness. In 2025, she is serving as the President-Elect of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles; and she continues to serve on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California.
