Babak was always available. I would email him & it never took him more than a few hours to call me back. My case went on for a few years & I know I got an attitude a few times. But he never reacted to it. He'd just explain what my options were & let me make the decision. They sent me to a lot of doct...ors & didn't give up until my pain was better. And the final outcome was more than acceptable. 99% of this was over the phone, but I made it a point to go to his office & meet him. I wanted to give him a hug & say thanks.
