Abrams Brown LLP advises early stage companies from formation to startup financing, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements, securities law and corporate governance. The firm’s clients operate within many industries, including: entertainment, sports, non-profit, real-estate, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and mobile gaming/mobile applications. Abrams Brown LLP has extensive experience representing clients in connection with financing and related securities matters. The firm continually advises early-stage clients on capital raising transactions spanning friends and family rounds to Series A rounds and beyond. Abrams Brown LLP also acts as “outside general counsel” for private companies, providing corporate and general company guidance.

- 2 member LLC: $1,900 (includes CUSTOM operating agreement)
- 3+ member LLC: $2,300 (includes CUSTOM operating agreement)
Corporations (including S Corps):

- 2 shareholder corp: $1,900
- 3+ shareholder corp: $2,500
