I am a Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. I am aggressive and goal-oriented family law attorney. I am prepared to take my cases to trial, but always settle the matter if that serves the best interest of my client.
I have used my taxation and accounting background in resolving family law issues in favor of my clients and detected inconsistencies in the opposing party’s disclosures of assets and income.
Through filing motions and serving discoveries, I was able to get the best results for my clients when the other side tried to hide assets or was not cooperating.
I served many subpoenas to various third parties like banks and accountants to get the necessary documents and took depositions of the parties in furtherance of my client’s goals and needs.
