I represent business entities and individuals before state and federal taxing authorities, including the IRS, Department of Justice, United State’s Attorney’s Office, California State Board of Equalization, California Franchise Tax Board, California Employment Development Department, and California Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board. Previously, I had my own practice working for business, commercial, and general civil litigation in state and federal trial and appellate courts, including breach of contract, business tort, commercial collection litigation, and tax controversy litigation.
