ROBERT D. BERGMAN was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1983. His primary areas of practice are real estate and business transactions, commercial litigation, construction and building contracts, as well as, tax and estate planning. Mr. Bergman has routinely represented public, private, and governmental entities in multi-million dollar transactions.
In the field of Business Law, Mr. Bergman’s extensive experience includes:

Mr. Bergman received his Bachelors of Arts degree form the University of California, Los Angeles. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 1983, and his LL.M. from New York University in 1984. While at Southwestern Law School, he was on the Moot Court Honors Program and Law Review.
Mr. Bergman is a member of multiple state and local bar associations.
