Partner and trial lawyer with the Los Angeles-based firm McNicholas & McNicholas, LLP, Patrick McNicholas exclusively represents plaintiffs in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, employment law, class actions, sexual abuse and other consumer-oriented matters, such as civil rights, aviation disasters and product liability.
With more than 25 years’ experience, Mr. McNicholas has handled numerous noteworthy cases, including a $44 million resolution for air crash victims; a $42 million consumer class action settlement (largest in Orange County history); a $10.8 million jury verdict awarded to a minor molested by a school teacher; a $10 million jury verdict to a construction worker who suffered a compound femur fracture; a $6 million settlement on behalf of a family for death of their father while working in an MTA tunnel, and many more.
He has been recognized by multiple organizations for his trial work, including Southern California Super Lawyers, Top 100 Lawyers, and is also AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
