Jake Babcock is a partner at The Darvish Firm, APC. Jake earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from The University of California, Santa Barbara. He later went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 2019 from Loyola Law School, prior to his admittance to the California State Bar. During Law school, Jake worked as a law clerk for a Criminal Defense and Cannabis Law firm located in Sherman Oaks. While working at the firm, Jake gained experience drafting criminal motions, corporate transactions, as well as assisting client businesses with every aspect of the Cannabis licensing process.
At the Darvish Firm, Jake’s practice primarily focuses on business and real estate litigation. Jake’s practice also includes reviewing, preparing, and negotiating real estate and business contracts.
In his free time, Jake is an avid golfer who also enjoys classic cars and his beloved Chicago White Sox.
