Biography
Greg Wong, Esq. is a Partner at LyfeLaw and founder of the firm’s Employment Law Department, representing California employees in wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims across state and federal courts.
Greg brings a rare dual perspective to employment law. He began his career at Littler Mendelson, P.C. and Greenberg Traurig, two of the country’s most prominent management-side employment firms, before transitioning exclusively to employee advocacy. That insider knowledge of how employers and their legal teams think and litigate is now a decisive advantage for every worker he represents. He has served as lead counsel in over 100 class and representative actions throughout his career.
He holds an A.B. in English from Stanford University and a J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). Named to the Southern California Super Lawyers list from 2022 to 2026 and recognized as a BTI Consulting Group Client Service All-Star, Greg is admitted to practice in all four federal district courts in California and is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA).

Bad communication.
Their intake personnel does not speak clearly there is a huge language barrier and things are not communicated clearly.
