Gregory James Morrow

Gregory Morrow is a seasoned executive, talented entrepreneur and skilled lawyer with over twenty years of business-oriented experience in global consumer products, cutting edge technology, venture capital, private equity, M&A and real property.

Greg is currently Principal Lawyer at Gregory J. Morrow, Attorney at Law.  He also founded HarmoniaTV™, a tech start-up developing proprietary software for immediate access to all content across all devices. Greg led as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer with Contessa Premium Foods, an international consumer products company.  Greg also served the United States with distinction as Examining Officer-In-Charge (“OIC”) for the Federal Reserve Bank, Senior Trial Attorney for the Interstate Commerce Commission (“ICC”), Special Assistant United States Attorney (“SAUSA”) Central District of California and Assistant District Counsel for the Department of Justice Immigration & Naturalization Service (“INS”). 

Greg participated on the US Delegation to the United Nations and World Health Organization’s Codex Alimentarius, establishing worldwide production and formulation standards, instructor at the University of Florida Food Science and Applied Nutrition Department, and as guest lecturer/panelist at UCLA and Pepperdine University law schools.

Greg provides his expertise to many associations addressing important business and social issues such as: Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel Southern California Chapter (International and Pro Bono Committee Chair), Board of Directors for the Atlantic Legal Foundation, Founding Member of the RAND Corporation’s Institute for Civil Justice SoCal 50, Member of the State Bar of California’s Intellectual Property and Business Law Sections, Member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, Member of the Corporate Law Section for the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Founding Member of the Men’s Advisory Council for the UCLA Rape Treatment Center.
