The worst decision I ever made was to put my case in the hands of Erick. I informed Eric that I had a child support order to garnish my settlement. Eric told me that everything was going to be okay and that they can't do that.. Its been a few months and I have not heard or gotten a update, Everytime ...i call him he is rude and that's why I don't Even call no more . While the insurance company settle my case and mailed him my check. Eric has gotten his cut, my chiropractor got his cut and my cut is just sitting there. He tells me that he is waiting on child support to contacts him, they take months for them to contact the parents, I could only imagine for them to contact an attorney. I told Eric that I wanted help in getting my vehicle paid out paid out , he said sure I'll deal with that. The day I asked him to help me with it he said he don't have to but he will do me the favor, aren't you supposed to help me. I ended up getting in contact with the insurance company and schedule an estimators to value my car, got paid in A week, then Eric has nerve to call and try to take credit for getting my car paid out. I would never recommend my friend or family to this place. I have kissed those $2,500 goodbye.

He will NOT pay your medical bills. The worst decision my husband and I ever made is going to Eric and Olesya. Our case has been dragged for 2 years now and not even close to being sold, even after the insurance offered us A LOT of money he refuses to give it to us or detach himself from our case so ...we can request that money by ourselves and at least have some of our medical bills paid.

I highly recommend Eric Levine. He did a great job for me, and my case was resolved favorably with minimal effort on my part. I love the way Eric took the ball and ran with it.
