Biography
David B. Felsenthal of the Felsenthal Law Firm is a business trial lawyer and outside general counsel for growing businesses. For over 25 years, he has tried and won cases before juries, judges and arbitrators.
As both a tested trial lawyer and former full-time General Counsel of a start-up company, David utilizes his unique experience to obtain excellent results for his clients—in business and in the courtroom.
David studied business, finance and economics at The Wharton School–University of Pennsylvania, graduating on the Dean’s List. He is also a graduate of UCLA School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of UCLA Law Review.
