But he cannot make prosecutors dismiss a case under such circumstances. That is not what criminal defense is. If the State or the U.S. prosecutors don’t have the evidence against a client or the indictment against the client was not the appropriate charge, he will fight all the step of the way for your rights to be heard and honored and that the law is followed.
