Brian Klein successfully assisted me in navigating an important SEC case related to crypto-securities. Brian was patient, tactful, and brought on co-counsel in the precise areas needed. I believe him to be absolutely trustworthy and with a good heart and mind - certainly rare to find both features among legal counsel. Brian keeps emotion out of the story, and did a wonderful job guiding and defending me.

My Atlanta based company recently faced it's first major legal issue in two decades. We were referred to Brian and his team as local council in Los Angeles. Ours was a David versus Goliath kinda story. Scary and potentially expensive . Brian thrives on representing David. He and his team methodically and professionally pounded on Goliath until he fell over like a house of cards. When we got frustrated by our lack of knowledge of the law, he patiently guided us, explaining the process and relieving the angst that comes with dealing with bullying opposition.
Brian would call me out of the blue to let me know something was happening in the process. Who does that anymore? If you're looking for a stereotypical cigar munching jerk for an lawyer, Brian is not your guy. If you want a knowledgeable, honest as the day is long attorney who will not lose steam half way through, go spend an hour with him, and see if he's for you. Good luck!
