Brian Paya is a ruthless FRAUD,i hired him for a car accident injury on contingency ,he promised me the value of my car at no charge ,on pain and suffering 65% to me ,him to keep 35% for his fees , i was in hospital for SIX months. He got the value of the car ,but NEVER paid off the loan on the car ...,that ruined my credit,he got $75,000 for pain &suffering ,and only send me a check for $10,000 ,telling he put more time in the case than anticipated,his $10,000 check bounced,took me three months to get it. i checked his record with BAR ,he had many drunk driving record ,but he got off,except in 2008 ,he was drunk ,had drugs on him ,he went on probation by Bar for two years . i lost a leg .
