I hired Mr. Samandari in 2014 and the reason I hired him was because of his ethics. He told me right up front that he is not the lawyer for me if dragging through the mud and being dishonest is what I was looking for. He said that he goes by the book and presents the facts and that is what has made h...im successful. This was all that I wanted. I only wanted what was fair. I was even impressed that before anything was done with my case, I was asked if I was certain that there was nothing that could be done to save my marriage. Coming from a divorce attorney? Yes, and that impressed me. I was kept up to date on everything and given copies of all documents and was treated as though I was his only case, although I knew that was definitely not the case. My questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner, and believe me, I had many. Mine was a long case, three plus years, including APPEAL COURT which appealing in the appeal court of California, is not an easy process and in the end, I was happy with the outcome and felt I was FREE and now we are going to gain access to funds awarded to me by the courts, Family court and Court of Appeal, during my divorce. I also had a problem with the ex-spouse not paying court-ordered support payments. Each time we went to court, Mr. Samandari was always pleasant and acknowledged everyone and seemed to be very well respected by all who he encountered. I would highly recommend this attorney!

Mr Samandari is one the most amazing, professional attorneys I have worked with. My divorce case was very complicated as my husband was not in The US ,there also was a minor child and lots of other things involved in my case.
