Extremely Disappointing Experience

I had been a client of Castillo Immigration for several years, but unfortunately, my experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. The level of service has drastically declined over time, and I can no longer recommend this firm. Firstly, the employee and paralegal t...urnover at the office is insane. Every time I had a question about my case, I was speaking to someone new who provided conflicting information, which made the entire process even more stressful. The front desk staff, especially the phone operators, are consistently rude and unprofessional, which only added to my frustration. My case, which had been ongoing for over three years, was mishandled multiple times. The office failed to submit an extension for my case, despite the fact that we were waiting for an amended birth certificate from the county. Once the document was finally received, I had to follow up repeatedly, only to find out my case had been denied. When I called to inquire about the denial, I was told I would receive a callback—but it was only after speaking with Victor, who was the only person in the office to communicate properly, that I learned the denial was due to the firm’s failure to file the extension on time. Even more troubling, I received a text blaming me for the denial. This accusation was both unprofessional and inaccurate. When I called again to speak with Victor, I was shocked to find out he was no longer with the firm. Instead, I spoke with a woman named Jasmine or Jessica, who continued to argue with me and place blame on me. She also told me I would have to pay full price for the refiling, even though it was previously agreed that I would only cover the postage. To add insult to injury, when I finally went to pick up my documents, I discovered that I had never received a copy of my final denial notice. After reviewing it, I was even more disappointed by the specific consequences outlined in the letter that resulted from the office's lack of diligence and professionalism. It’s clear to me that Castillo Immigration no longer treats their clients with the same level of respect, attention, and professionalism that they once did. As a result, I’ve taken my case to a different firm and will be recommending others to do the same. Unfortunately, Castillo Immigration no longer seems to prioritize customer service or client satisfaction, and I would strongly advise anyone seeking immigration services to look elsewhere.
