Mi hermana y yo la contratamos para llevar nuestro caso y vaya sorpresa solo nos llamaba para asegurar su pago y nunca iso nada estuvimos al borde de deportación y tuvimos que buscar otro abogado siempre metía escusa que iba a un funeral o que estaba enferma nuestro documento lo iso todo mal y nunc...a daba una buena explicación el juez ya le dijo en una audiencia que sea más responsable en sus caso yo estaba presente cuando él lo dijo y me desepcione tanto

Hope that nobody would be one of her victims again. I hired her but she prepared the applications incorrectly and I must go over every single thing and correct them for her. She kept breaking her promises and let you wait and wait forever due to her personal unacceptable reasons. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND...ED. I might report her to the board due to her unprofesionism which caused my application denied.

I hired Linda Nakamura back in Sept 2015, to help me adopt my now adult foster daughter who also wanted to change the spelling of her birth name, as it was misspelled when she was placed in my home at 5yrs old. We received her birth certificate 1 1/2 yrs later only to realise we were misspelling her ...first name, however she liked the way we were spelling it and so we kept all her paper work that way; including her Driver's License & Passport. However when it came time to adopt, we had to revert back to her birth name & ask to have it amended along with the adoption; all of which I paid for upfront in total. However Ms Nakamura took 7 months to get us in court for the adoption only to find out that she had filed all the papers incorrectly & in the wrong name. The Judge asked her to go and change them so we could complete the adoption that very day, but Ms Nakamura asked for the weekend to retype them. The Judge then got very angry and said NO, go do it now. So we had to wait for 2 more hours for her to type up the papers at a Kinkos and tho we did receive the adoptions papers, we never received the birth name change; so the adoption papers are in the wrong name. It is now Feb 2017 and I just finished speaking with Vital Records in my daughter's birth state only to find out Ms Nakamura never followed through. It took 5 min for me to process the info and mail off a quick check to get the name change completed and all paperwork in tact; without the help of this lawyer who basically messed up the entire process and then would not return our calls or emails after a certain point. She got all her money and left us hanging. What kind of justice is that?
