On or about 01/2020 My husband was accused for Domestic Violence by a person who said they saw him beating me. My husband was arrested eventhoug this was absolutely false. I tried to explain and beg officers to review all kinds of evidence such as survellian cameras, and to check myself for any visib...le injuries. But they didn't believe me and in fact they mistreat me as well. Although I was able to bail my husband out, the judge issued a restraining order eventho there was absolutely no evidence. This caused me severe emotional distress and depression. My husband pled innocent to the charges and we immediately hired Mr. Travis Sabatis. The DA wanted to go to trial since my husband wouldn't plea innocent. However, today Mr. Travis notified me that my husband's case will be dissmised and announced on July 2020. Mr. Travis did not stand by to await for an upcoming trial but instead continued to contact the Head D.A. to try to get this dissmised until successful. Not only did he keep contact with the Head D.A. despite the Covid-19 court slow downs but Mr. Travis and his staff also maintained us informed and updated on any changes with a high level of professionalism and knowledge.
