Towards the end of a lengthy, multi year case, instead of communicating directly with defendants whom Ryan was representing, Ryan failed to tell us that key deadlines were being missed, and why. He seemed to blame other colleagues, and was very vague about why these dates for submission were miss...ed. It turns out there was a VERY important reason for this, tho Ryan failed to communicate in such a way that would have allowed us to respond. He kept things unnecessarily vague Because of these missed deadlines our case was weakened significantly, our judge saw us as weak and flimsy, what should have been a very straightforward legal matter - was lost. Millions of dollars was on the line. His passivity cost us. He ultimately put himself first. To this day I do not understand why the matter was not cleared up in a professional manner. For that alone I would not recommend.
