Ricardo Esteban Diaz

Ricardo E. Diaz is an Associate attorney in Klinedinst’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on employment litigation, including wage and hour disputes, and discrimination suits. His experience also extends to business and construction litigation, as well as personal injury claims. Mr. Diaz is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California.

Mr. Diaz obtained his undergraduate degree cum laude from St. John’s University in New York where he majored in Legal Studies. Mr. Diaz attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he was the recipient of the Dean’s Merit Scholarship. While attending Pepperdine, he served as President of the National Latina/o Law Student Association and as the Student Body Representative. He also holds a Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine.

In his free time, Mr. Diaz volunteers at the Inland Empire Latino Lawyer’s Association and the Neighborhood Legal Services of Los Angeles.
