Michael Anthony Francis

I had know Michael Francis from two prior encounters 1) Guest speaker at the UCLA Extension program in Environmental Management and 2) His firm represented an small oil company in the LA area that was undergoing an environmental audit. I was very impressed with both his legal skills, and even more so... with his technical understand of engineering processes. Later, I found out he was an engineer prior to attending law school. I recommend that Western Waste, my employer, hire Michael and his firm to represent us in a State of Washington Superfund PRP notice we received from the Washington State Department of Ecology. The site was a carbon regeneration facility in Yakima, WA. Overall, I believe Michael to be one of the finest and most ethical attorneys in the environmental field. He is an excellent attorney.
