I am sure you are right about that. You can file a response and disclose what you say the land is worth.

You are probably safe from wage garnishment provided you work less than 30 hours per week at minimum wage.

If you have the address and phone number, put those into a Google search and the lawyer's name will probably pop up. Good luck on getting your money.
