If you do file file bankruptcy, be sure to include the card(s) where you are an authorized user.
However, you should no longer use such cards....

They have the legal right to renew the judgment. On the other hand, they have had no success in making you pay anything. So, keep ignoring it?...

Of course it can be enforced. You don't get to keep the money for free. A court will consider the debt to be due upon demand.

I suggest you finish paying her. If she then persists in annoying you, you can try to get a restraining order on her.
