Karen Luong

Karen Luong is a member of Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, with an emphasis on product liability and complex torts. Karen represents a variety of clients in toxic tort and commercial litigation matters, including cases arising out of alleged exposure to asbestos-containing materials and chemicals. Karen’s clients include manufacturers, construction companies, automotive manufacturers and retailers, contractors and business owners. She also has experience representing businesses and individuals in disputes that involve sophisticated business and real estate litigation matters, as well as advising on litigation matters related to the cannabis and CBD industry.

Karen’s considerable experience in Products Liability provides her a unique ability to investigate and defend allegations of exposure to a wide range of products and situations. Karen is well-versed in all phases of litigation - from initial discovery through trial, and is responsive, proactive and dedicated to serving her clients’ interests.
