Gregory Allen Stuck II

Gregory Stuck, Esq. graduated from the University of San Francisco. While in school he spent the majority of his time fixated on becoming the best plaintiff’s attorney he could possibly be. With the help of a mentor attorney, Gregory Stuck introduced a personal injury course to the law school. He also reintroduced the local trial lawyers association into the law school – developing trial skills panels to further trial education amongst the students.

Gregory Stuck began his career as a plaintiff attorney during law school, when he clerked for numerous plaintiff firms throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Very early on, Gregory Stuck was exposed to catastrophic injury cases, medical malpractice cases, and wrongful death cases. Working on these cases led Gregory to want to focus on helping people who would otherwise be taken advantage of by aggressive insurance companies and defense attorneys.

Upon becoming licensed, Gregory began practicing as a personal injury attorney in a large Los Angeles plaintiffs firm – working on hundreds of cases at a time. While at that firm, Gregory provided excellent client support and guidance – while also reorganizing the firm’s pre-litigation department to become more efficient. He left that firm after developing these skills to start the Stuck Law Firm. He has personal handled hundreds of personal injury cases – obtaining optimal results in each and every one.

Gregory Stuck is a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, of The Top Trial Lawyers In America where less than 1% of U.S. attorneys are members. He has also been selected as a Rising Star by Thompson Reuters Super Lawyers every year since becoming an attorney. Gregory Stuck is a member of the Consumer Attorney Association of Los Angeles (“CAALA”), the Consumer Attorney Association of California (“CAOC”), the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association (“SFTLA”), and the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association (“CCTLA”). He is also an honorary board member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charity (“LATLC”) – where he volunteers his time supporting the Los Angeles community. Gregory Stuck can be found frequenting one of the many events each of these associations puts together – constantly expanding his understanding of his field and becoming better every day.

Gregory Stuck limits the number of clients he takes to an intimate few. This allows him to treat every single case as if it is his own. His success is frequently attributed to his relentless advocacy and deep empathy for his clients. When Gregory Stuck is working on a case – his clients know they are in the best of hands.
