Awful experience with Forgey. Showed up late. Didn't read the brief. Didn't know any of the injuries. Spent the entire time telling us the case is worth more than $100,000 but when offered $15k, he said we should take it. Forgey absolutely phoned it in and didn't care one bit. He should be retired. ...Entire mediation was a joke. I would never recommend Forgey to anyone.

As the owner of a business with multiple locations, I have dealt with attorneys, courtrooms, and mediators more often than most. I recently used Mr. Forgey as a Mediator on a case. I had dealt with 'cheaper' mediators, and had made ZERO progress. With in a few hours, Darrell Forgey had the case resol...ved. He was not only efficient, but he is an EXPERT in case resolution. Not only was he outstanding, but the presentation and professionalism by everyone at Judicate West was absolutely perfect, which made for an almost effortless day. The goal with a dispute, is to get it handled fairly and efficiently, and move on. Darrell A. Forgey did that, and then some!
