Clifton Wade Albright

Clifton Albrightis a 1980 graduate of Loyola Law School licensed to practice law in the State of California.  He spent five years as counsel for Sanwa Bank and Lloyds Bank of California, specializing in representing the institution and its related companies in affirmative and defense litigation which included labor law, lender liability and real estate litigation, as well as commercial transactional matters. Mr. Albright has deep and comprehensive experience in employment litigation and investigations, including employment discrimination (race/sex/age/disability), wrongful discharge and retaliation matters. He also has extensive experience in employee benefit litigation, and traditional labor law (management side).

As Managing Partner, Mr. Albright oversees the firm's litigation.  Mr. Albright has been an active participant in continuing education programs for attorneys in such areas as employment/labor law and complex litigation.  He is also a member of several Bar organizations, including the American Bar Association, National Bar Association, and the Los Angeles Orange County and Beverly Hills Bar

 Associations.

On December 10, 2010, President Barack Obama appointed Mr. Albright to the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Industry Trade Advisory Committee, Small and Minority Business, (ITAC 11).  Mr. Albright also serves as Chairman of the Board, City Club on Bunker Hill, and is an active member of the National Association of Guardsmen.
