Terrible, unethical lawyer & not knowledgeable about surgical center lawsuits

I used Carol Lucas as my attorney when I had a dispute with the sale of my surgery center. Everything she said was incorrect and before hiring her she said she reviewed my case and told me what we needed to do so we went along with her advice which ended up being incorrect. I ended up dropping her as... my lawyer and went with another who was familiar with California medical law for surgery centers (which she said she was an expert on which she is not). That’s why I’m calling her unethical because she misrepresented herself as well as her knowledge in this sector.
