Does not understand the New Bankruptcy Laws
Mr Wells filed a Chapter 13 and then filed Chapter 7. He was informed of my financil circumstances. This cost me more money than I had. I had a Bankrupcy Hearing on 12/08. I gave Mr Wells the needed Form 23 , Certificates for the Debtor Class & Education Class. Which he did not file. So 18 months la...

Replied last March 31, 2017This review was not written by the client. The matter was reviewed by the California State Bar and determined to be false. The facts stated were determined to be false and it was determined that the client failed to follow the written instructions given the client by her attorney, as well as the instructions provided by the Trustee assigned to the case and the written in instructions from the Bankruptcy Court.
