He is a fighter

I had a great experience with Mr.Piibe from the first consultation in person to the end of the case. My immigration case was very complicated to a point where not many attorneys were interested in taking it. Mr.Piibe was the 4th attorney for me and the last one. He was very attentive to all the i...ssues in the case, took very personable approach, made me feel he cared for me and the case, and not just another "case in the box". He took a deeper dive into it and worked very hard. He made sure the case was well prepared. Every time I contacted him with questions about the case he would get back to me right away and always with a lot of attention to all the details in answering. Due to his knowledge and diligence it got approved at the end. Highly recommend him, especially if your case is a complicated one.

Extremely Satisfied

My husband went to the interview for his visa in Juarez back in February. He was denied due to miss information that the Immigration agent thought he heard. We contacted our lawyer, not Alary, and they were non responsive. We were devastated, did not know what to do, we were at the mercy of the non r...esponsive lawyers. A friend of ours gave us Alary's number, I made the appointment for a consultation. He reviewed my case, told us exactly why we got denied, told us the laws that applied to our case and said he would have to write a strong letter so that they can reconsider their decision. He told us we would hear from them within 3 months, much to our surprise, we got a response in 2 months. They requested proof of the matter. We gave the information to Alary, he and his team filed another letter with the proof and we were told it would take another 3 months. Again, we heard back within 2 months and we were asked to submit his Mexican passport. Happy to report that my husband got his Visa, 2 weeks later his SSN, and a month later his Residence card. We can't thank Alary and his team enough for this life changing work he did for us. I would highly recommend him and his team. The communication was great, the work was superb, the attention he gave our case and our family was absolutely incredible. Thank you Alary, you have changed our lives completely. (as for the other lawyer, we were sent and email stating they would need $1500.00 to proceed with our case, not once did they explain to us why we got denied. They never followed up with us to see if we were good and if we wanted to proceed, they just forgot about us.)

Another Case to Add to His Winning Streak

Alary Piibe handled our family's I-601 waiver application. The process, in of in itself, is a nerve wreaking one. Especially after hearing horror stories about others who have gone through a similar process. However, Alary and his staff, with their knowledge and professionalism, made our process s...eem effortless and easy. My husband left to Cuidad Juarez to begin the consular process on February 1, 2011. After his first appointment, Alary's staff arranged and scheduled his second appointment (while we were still in Ciudad Juarez) for April 8, 2011. Our application was approved 5 business days later on April 15, 2011. Our family was able to reunify without any "ifs" "ands" or "buts". In whole, the entire process took less than 3 months!! All of the documentation compiled for us by Alary and his staff was precise, meticulous, and thorough. They made sure they dotted all of their "i"s and crossed all of their "t"s. They were readily available to us while my husband and I were out of the country and, of course, during the ENTIRE process. This process, like any other matter, required hard work and dedication from both sides (client and attorney). And I was left with ABSOLUTELY NO complaints stemming from their behalf. I can honestly say that working with them was a pleasant experience and I'm glad I chose them to handle our case.

a Very complicated Immigration case handled superbly

Alary Piibe is one of a rare type of the attorneys who really care about their clients. I had Green Card issues for more than ten years handled by other lawyers poorly. Then I was referred to Mr. Piibe by my in-laws. He happened to help my wife's grandmother whose case was at the deportation point an...d he turned the process around and she became a citizen. When I walked into his office I felt the difference in his approach to my case as opposed to other lawyers I worked with in the past. He was honest, clear and very professional. I trusted him from the beginning. Later on in the case he proved to really meet and exceeed my expectations in regards to my case. I received my Green Card in August of 2010 and very happy with his work.

Excellent Immigration Attorney

Mr. Alary Piibe was our family's attorney for over a decade during our long, hard-fought immigration case. There was a total of three cases and Mr. Piibe won two of them. The third was cancelled because the person passed away during the trial period. Mr. Piibe was always well prepared, had all case d...ocuments submitted to the court and kept our family fully updated on case strategy and merit. If you would like a professional, trustworthy and hard working attorney on your side, Mr. Alary Piibe is a well worth investment.
