Biography
Neal represents clients in a range of litigation matters, with a focus on copyright and trademark issues encountered by Nixon Peabody's fashion and entertainment clients.
Neal is a former judicial extern for The Honorable Carla Woehrle of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Neal also served as a mediator on the Los Angeles Superior Court's Civil Mediation Panel, resolving a varied range of matters before the court.
While attending law school, Neal was a semifinalist in and administrative vice chair of the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and the co-founder and president of the Government Law Organization. Neal was also a recipient of USC Law’s Edward S. and Eleanor J. Shattuck Award, awarded annually by the faculty to the student or students who are considered to “exhibit the greatest potential for becoming outstanding members of the bar.”
