As a criminal defense attorney, my job is to get you the best representation possible and then get you home. I ONLY practice in the area of criminal defense so my sole focus is making sure my clients get the best possible outcome.
A little more about me...
With over 15 years of criminal law experience, I have a passion for protecting the rights of all persons accused of a crime. I hold a BA in cognitive and biological psychology with a minor emphasis in administration of justice. My desire was to understand the effects of stress, drugs, alcohol and psychological disorders on persons involved in the criminal justice system. This knowledge, in addition to my Juris Doctor degree and license to practice law gives me a unique perspective and ability to empathize and facilitate superior resolutions for my valued clients.
I set myself apart as one of the few true experts in criminal law. I devote 100% of my practice to criminal defense, and am known for my aggressive and successful representation of those accused. Not only am I an experienced negotiator and an expert trial attorney, but I also have established a spotless reputation among judges, prosecutors, and fellow defense attorneys. I appear in court on a daily basis, defending clients who are facing charges ranging from petty theft to murder. When necessary, I am prepared to take your case to trial, and maintain an experienced and tested array of consultants and forensic investigators. Every case is sensitive and important and I will devote my utmost attention to your matter.
